If you've found a vulnerability, email the address above with “security” in the subject and I'll prioritise it. I'd rather hear it from you than find out the hard way.
Help
It's me answering, so give me a little time — but I do answer.
Email [email protected].
Useful things to include: your iPhone model and iOS version, your Mach-E's model year, and what you expected to happen. Please don't send your VIN, your Ford password, or screenshots showing your car's location — I don't need any of them, and I'd rather they didn't sit in an inbox.
Make sure you're using the secondary account's own email and password, not a “Sign in with Google/Apple” shortcut. If the sheet closes instantly, another Ford session may be interfering — try again after closing the official FordPass app.
The secondary account has to be added to your Mach-E as a driver from the FordPass app on the primary account. Adding it can take a few minutes to propagate; sign out of Voltpony and back in once it has.
The app pauses itself after several consecutive failures, to avoid your account's traffic looking anomalous to Ford. It resumes automatically. Settings shows your current request usage.
Your car reports on its own schedule, and reports less often when it's asleep. Pull to refresh forces a read, but the vehicle still decides when it answers.
iOS decides when widgets refresh and throttles them aggressively on Low Power Mode. Opening the app updates the widget's data immediately.

Say so. Interest is the only thing that decides whether it gets built, and right now I'm counting emails.
